Dubai, September 13, 2022 — Renoir Consulting has agreed to fully acquire ESG Integrate, an environmental, social, and governance (ESG) advisory firm based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). The move will augment Renoir's industry-proven approach and capabilities in ESG transformation, strategy, integration, and implementation. Upon completion of the transaction, ESG Integrate will function as a fully owned unit of Renoir Consulting.

ESG Integrate supports corporations and institutional investors through their entire ESG transformation journey including analysis, strategy, implementation, and reporting services. The company’s track record spans multiple sectors including industry, transport, financial services, engineering and construction, and real estate. Some of its clients include Alpha Dhabi Holding, National Marine Dredging Company, and Dubai Insurance.

This strategic move by Renoir highlights the growing interest in ESG among investors and other stakeholders in the Middle East. Private sector companies are moving swiftly to address ESG risks and opportunities while supporting government-led initiatives to tackle climate change and promote sustainable growth.
